酒店管理专业重在全面提高学生的团队协作能力、创新能力、经营管理能力，还注重对英语素质及英语语言能力的培养，在教学过程中采用先进的现代化技术设备，有电脑操作室、酒店前厅、酒店标准套房、餐厅、咖啡厅、等场所供学生课外实践。
      就业方向：星级酒店餐饮部、前厅部、客房部等部门的中基层管理者；大型餐厅、酒楼、快餐厅的中基层管理者；旅游及相关服务行业的中基层管理者；公关经理、客户服务人员；酒店自营者。
